The Southside’s premier Live Jazz Club, St. James Live! is available for semi-private, private and inclusive Special Events and Celebrations for both corporate and social needs. Prices listed below are standard, while exclusive packages can be tailor made depending on your event and production needs.

 

As a live jazz and entertainment venue, our weekly operating hours are currently,  Monday - Thursday  6pm to 12am, Friday and Saturday 7pm to 1am, and Sunday 5pm to 9pm. Private and Special Events are scheduled around non-operating days/hours with the exception of exclusive Buy-outs when available.

 

Private and Inclusive  Packages require a Venue Rental. All packages can be designed inclusive of Food and Beverage as well as any décor, lighting, equipment and staffing needs.

 

 

Our Current Private Event prices are:

* Maximum Four (4) hour rental (30 minutes

for set-up and break-down)

 

* Rentals are inclusive of required Wait/Bartending Staff, Cleaning, Sound Engineer, and Security

Taxes and Gratuity are also included

 

* No outside Food or Beverage allowed.
