ABOUT ST. JAMES LIVE!

A Destination.

Every show, every artist, and every event contributes to the atmosphere that has made St. James Live! one of Atlanta’s most recognized entertainment destinations.

Whether you’re joining us for a date night, a celebration, live jazz, R&B, or a night out with friends, you’ll find a space where great music and great people come together.

Still Here.
Still Live!
Still Atlanta.

For over a decade, St. James Live! has been one of metro Atlanta’s premier destinations for live music, thoughtfully crafted small plates, and unforgettable entertainment. Located in the heart of South Fulton, this family-owned venue has become a gathering place where nationally acclaimed artists, local talent, and music lovers come together to celebrate the universal language of live performance.

Founded by husband-and-wife team Ron and Evelyn St. James, along with their daughter Tiffany Wilkerson, St. James Live! opened its doors on May 27, 2015, during the renowned Atlanta Jazz Festival. What began as a shared love for live music has grown into one of the region’s most respected intimate concert venues, hosting hundreds of performances each year.

Intimacy is at the core of the experience. With a menu of shareable small plates and signature cocktails, carefully tuned acoustics, and genuinely warm hospitality, St. James Live! allows audiences to connect with artists in a way that larger venues can’t—close enough to feel the music, not just hear it.

Over the years, the St. James Live! stage has welcomed an extraordinary roster of internationally recognized performers, including Marcus Miller, Bob James, Kirk Whalum, Gerald Albright, Maysa, Najee, Jonathan Butler, Ruben Studdard, Leela James, and Van Hunt, alongside hundreds of celebrated artists spanning jazz, R&B, soul, blues, and contemporary music.

Beyond entertainment, St. James Live! has become a valued community partner across South Fulton and metro Atlanta. The venue has proudly hosted political forums, civic celebrations, charitable initiatives, fundraisers, and cultural experiences that bring people together. Notable events include the inaugural gala celebrating Mayor Carmalitha Gumbs, the popular Jazz on the Lawn concert series at the Battery Atlanta, and the annual Bring Out the Dolls celebration, which was held in South Fulton for three consecutive years.

This commitment to culture and community has earned St. James Live! recognition across the region. Fulton County has honored St. James Live! twice with official proclamations recognizing its contributions to arts, entertainment, economic development, and community engagement, including the designation of “St. James Live! Appreciation Day.” Additionally, the venue has received the esteemed Fulton County Chairman’s Award for its outstanding service and impact on the citizens of Fulton County.

Today, St. James Live! continues to evolve while remaining true to its founding mission: to create meaningful experiences through exceptional live entertainment, genuine hospitality, and community connection. Whether celebrating a special occasion, enjoying small plates and a cocktail during a show, or discovering your next favorite artist, every visit is designed to create lasting memories.

As St. James Live! celebrates over 11 years of serving metro Atlanta, it remains committed to elevating the region’s cultural landscape—one unforgettable performance at a time.
